With the funds raised from the 2015 IRTC($700) we supported the Library's Maker Space! All teachers across subject areas can use the maker space to augment lessons or plan lesson extensions that will give students deeper understanding of content through hands on investigations. The library staff hosted a grand opening of the maker space for teachers in December 2015 to open up the dialogue about how the space can provide engaging learning opportunities.
